The Decorette Shop does not sell, trade or buy any customer information. Any information you provide The Decorette Shop is only used for processing and shipping purposes. For your convince, customer information is kept in a secure database for returning customers. However if you do not want your information stored, please let us know. We will remove it from our database once your order has been processed.
A Note About Out-Of-Stock-Items
If a product is out of stock, we will ship what we do have and ship what is out of stock as soon as we can get it to you. If you do not wish us to ship any back orders please notify us when ordering.
Terms & Conditions
Terms: All web site orders must be paid for by credit card. For your protection, all orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Claims: Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery and count the number of cartons received. Any claims for damage must be made DIRECTLY WITH UPS OR OTHER CARRIER. Be sure to keep all packing material and outer cartons for inspection. All damage claims must be reported within 5 days.
Shortages & Returns: Any shortage claim MUST BE REPORTED BY PHONE DIRECTLY TO THE DECORETTE SHOP (1-800-728-2253 or 503-774-3760} WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. No credits will be allowed without prompt reporting and our written confirmation. Please check cartons and packing carefully prior to claim. No returns will be accepted, or credit issued without prior authorization. We will not accept returns after 30 days from invoice date, or after a holiday for seasonal items. Edible products, open packs, special orders or used equipment/utensils are not returnable.
Special Request: All orders that require special handling or alterations to our standard products, must be placed live with one of our customer service representatives. Please call us directly so we can provide exactly what you need. (1-800-728-2253 or 503-774-3760).
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Mail (USPS).
Regular Delivery 2 to 7 business days.
All orders are charged at the weight of package and zone shipped to, It will be calculated at time of purchase so you can tell what shipping charges are.
Allow additional time for Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories.
Orders are only processed on business days (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time) If the order is placed by 12:00 noon (Pacific Time), it will be processed that day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Pacific Time), will be processed the following business day.
